Sirius Building Redevelopment – The Rocks, NSW.

The Sirius Building in Sydney's The Rocks area has been redeveloped into a mix of residential and commercial spaces, including 76 apartments, retail, and commercial areas, while preserving the building's iconic Brutalist architecture. 

The redevelopment involved restoring the original façade, adding new landscaping, and improving public access with a new thoroughfare and public lift. 

Derek led the Stormwater Drainage, Water Sensitive Urban Design and Public Domain design from construction to completion, including Class 2 Design Building Practition.
