HMAS Creswell Redevelopment, a heritage site sensitively transformed into a world class teaching, workplace and living environment for a contemporary Naval academy. 

The redevelopment include new accommodation buildings, gymnasiums and road upgrades throughout the entire base. 

Derek led the Stormwater Drainage, Water Sensitive Urban Design, Pavement Design, Grading and Earthworks during construction.
